Istraining - Beginner
Are you ready to get your fitness goals on track? Ready to build some actual muscle and finally make some progress? Well, we have some fantastic news for you, we have developed this 12 week training program using the Istraining system.
What is the istraining system? Well including muscle building, high intensity interval training and calisthenics workouts. This is a great place to start with our programming. It is designed for those beginning or in the first 6-12 months of training.
This program includes a handy how-to guide on what to eat, access to our video library so you can see all the exercises you will be completing AND access to our awesome private facebook group to post questions, progress and share in our amazing worldwide community!
If you're doing this program you should be familiar with a gym environment, but no need know it all or too advanced!
This program comes with fully outlined and explained intensity variables.
It is split into two, six week blocks. These blocks are designed to build on each other to ensure you get the MAXIMUM results from your training.
We also include email support from our coaching staff to answer any extra questions you may have!
